1. 1. Acceptance of Orders
      1. Orders are binding only upon written confirmation by FinishingRacks.com (“Seller”).
      2. Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to:
         • Stock unavailability.
         • Pricing errors.
         • Buyer’s history of chargebacks or disputes.
      3. Buyer is responsible for verifying all order details before submitting payment.
   2. Payment Terms
      1. Payment Policy
         • All orders are prepaid via credit card at checkout on the website.
      2. Chargebacks & Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fees
         • Unauthorized chargebacks or NSF payments incur a 25% penalty of the transaction amount.
         • Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to law enforcement and credit bureaus.
   3. Order Cancellation Policy
      1. Before Shipment:
         • Orders may be canceled prior to receiving the shipping confirmation or up to within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
         • After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they may have already entered processing or shipment.
      2. Custom Orders:
         • No cancellations allowed once production has begun.
   4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
      1. Shipping Methods & Costs
         • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard UPS Ground shipping is used.
         • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional charge.
      2. Delivery Timeframes
         • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond Seller’s control.
      3. FOB Terms (Free on Board)
         • Ownership & risk of loss transfer to Buyer upon shipment from Seller’s facility.
      4. Undeliverable Packages
         • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect Buyer-provided information, Buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
      5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
         • The Seller is not responsible for loss or damage once the package leaves the facility. Buyer must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
   5. Return & Refund Policy
      1. Eligibility for Returns
         Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
         • Buyer must report discrepancies within 48 business hours of receipt.
         • Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by the Seller.
      2. Non-Returnable Items
         • Custom orders, modified products, or used items are not returnable.
         • Assembling or processing any item voids return eligibility.
      3. Return Shipping Responsibility
         • Buyer pays for return shipping unless the return is due to Seller error.
         • Unauthorized returns or freight collect returns will be refused.
      4. Refund Policy
         • Refunds are issued only for authorized returns.
         • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
         • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after inspection.
   6. Free Racks Offer
      1. Offer Details
         Eligible customers will receive two of each rack style, same size, up to a total of 10 racks. This allows for proper sampling and assembly use where applicable.
      2. Limit One Offer Per Customer
         This offer is limited to one set of free racks per company or customer account, regardless of the number of individuals or email addresses used.
      3. Eligibility
         Offer valid for first-time customers only. Duplicate claims from the same company, facility, or affiliated personnel will not be honored.
      4. Right of Refusal
         FinishingRacks.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any free rack request at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation.
      5. Shipping Responsibility
         The customer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges, unless otherwise stated in writing.
      6. No Cash Value
         Free racks have no monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products.
      7. Offer Subject to Change
         FinishingRacks.com may modify or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
   7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty
      1. Product Use Disclaimer
         The Buyer assumes all risks related to the use of racks and components. Seller is not liable for:
         • Part damage (burning, rack marks, scratches, etc.).
         • Improper use leading to damage.
         • Injuries from handling, assembling, or modifying racks.
         • Assembly failures due to Buyer errors.
         • Loss of material or processing errors.
      2. Warranty Policy
         • Seller warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship per catalog specifications.
         • Warranty does not cover:
           • Normal wear and tear.
           • Damage from improper use, storage, or modifications.
           • Buyer errors in ordering or installation.
      3. Warranty Claims
         • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
   8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
      1. Applicable Law
         • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
      2. Jurisdiction & Venue
         • Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
      3. Attorney’s Fees
         • If Seller must enforce these terms legally, the prevailing party is entitled to attorney’s fees.
   9. Entire Agreement & Amendments
      1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller.
      2. Modifications must be in writing and signed by an authorized Seller representative.
